1. Who We Are

Ruby Healthcare LLC operates the AgentRuby platform, a caregiver training and support application available at agentruby.ai. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Ruby Healthcare LLC.

2. Not a HIPAA-Covered Service

AgentRuby is a caregiver training and education platform. It is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. Information you enter into the platform is not treated as Protected Health Information under federal law. Do not use this platform as a substitute for communication with a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect payment information directly. We do not sell your data.

To send one-time verification codes to your phone number for authentication (see Section 6)

5. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with the following categories of service providers, for the purposes described:

Authentication and database hosting provider — stores your account credentials and platform data
SMS delivery provider — sends one-time verification codes to your phone number
Voice AI provider — powers conversational training interactions

We do not share identifiable data with any other third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.

We never share, sell, or disclose SMS opt-in data or consent information to third parties or affiliates. Phone numbers collected for SMS authentication are used solely to deliver one-time passcodes (OTPs) to the account holder. This information is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with any party other than our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of message transmission.

6. SMS Messaging

We use SMS to send one-time verification codes when you sign in to the platform. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your sign-in activity.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us. To get help, reply HELP or contact privacy@agentruby.ai. Opting out of SMS will prevent receipt of verification codes and may limit your ability to sign in.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and training data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@agentruby.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Authentication is handled via one-time codes sent to your registered phone number — there are no passwords. Session tokens expire automatically.

9. Your Rights

You may at any time:

Request a copy of your data
Request deletion of your account
Withdraw from the platform

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
